Really enjoyed this small Ramen Shop in Sumter. I ordered the House Special Ramen with a #3 Spice level(hot.) While the shrimp was a little chewy, the rest of the dish was amazing. The broth was absolutely delicious. It wasn't too rich, and the spice level was just right. The noodles were cooked perfectly (not mushy). Large portions as well. Food is not pre-made, so it's best to dine in or have the time to wait for it to be prepared.

I ate here twice during my week in the area. This was easily the best meal I had in Sumter! The chicken tepanyaki bowl was amazing!! Even great as leftovers the next day! Gyoza was ok, not a standout. Next I ordered the chicken lo mein and it was good, but nothing compared to the tepanyaki bowl! The crab angels were good, tons of filling. Will definitely go back if I'm in the area again!

The food is good and the portions are large. I ordered the chicken ramen bowl and a side of kimchi, very delicious. The kimchi had a nice spice to it and it was still very crunchy. I would order from here again.
